 Honestly, I think this is one of the ultimate fail on our roads nowadays. This is actually taken at the Jln Templar / NPE traffic light. They are actually turning into NPE highway heading towards Sunway. With excess speed of 60km/h on a bike without a helmet, this kid's life is actually at high risk. Sigh... Aren't the parents aware of the dangers that exists by putting the kid there w/o a helmet??
